As a Program Director, Lisa serves as a liaison between HOME WORKS! and the school by working very closely with the Site Coordinators at her assigned schools/districts. Lisa’s responsibilities include program management, logistics, planning, and data collection, as well as leading continuous quality improvement initiatives and the integration of best practices within the program.
Lisa Dixon joined the HOME WORKS! team in May, 2016 after 10+ years of serving as an elementary school teacher in the Hazelwood School District. Additionally, she spent 3 years as a child and family development specialist with Early Head Start. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Spanish from Wittenberg University in 2000.
